Holy Brook Entrance · The Oracle · Reading Size - 6m Ø. Commissioned by Freeform Arts Trust for Hammerson. Architects - Haskoll + Co. Fabrication and installation - Fieldmount Terrazzo.

The Holy Brook Entrance once formed the gateway to the original workhouse and is now one of four entrances to The Oracle.

Radiating circles represent layers of time; within these areas are depicted archaeological finds from the site. Amongst the artifacts found were bags of pins, well preserved leather shoes, and pieces of pottery.

The paving is constructed from high quality durable materials: images have been sandblasted into contrasting Burlington slate, and textures created in the coloured terrazzo.
